Nagpur: The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Indian Council for Technical Research and Development (ICTRD) on 26th January 2026 in Nagpur where Ketan Mohitkar, Member Secretary of ICTRD, delivered an inspiring address on entrepreneurship and nation-building.

Addressing the gathering, Ketan Mohitkar emphasized the significance of Republic Day as a reminder of India’s constitutional values, democratic strength, and collective responsibility towards nation-building. He stated that true celebration of the occasion lies in contributing meaningfully to national progress through innovation, discipline, and social commitment.

He further highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship in shaping India’s future, noting that the youth must move beyond conventional career paths and focus on creating opportunities through innovation and startup-driven thinking. He stressed that entrepreneurship plays a vital role in driving economic growth and achieving the vision of a self-reliant and developed India.
